An update on Montana aka how to stand with swagger

6 months ago I wrote an extensive piece on depression, antidepressants, and weight-loss, along with others things, found here: Antidepressants and weight-loss, and how to make dieting and exercise work better for you if you have issues with depression. 

In that piece I wrote a good amount about a client of mine, Montana. I wanted to give an update on her.

First, here are some pictures of her from about a year ago; I believe she was around 210lbs here:

And this is her from about a week ago; at about 157lbs, which is about 20 down from when I wrote the anti-depressant article:

Somebody’s got some swagggg now

Congratulations on all your progress Montana! I know, I know, you’re not done or happy yet :). But look how far you’ve come!
