I want to mention Neal was already working with someone else on his diet and strength training before starting with me. You’ll notice he made some nice body composition changes during this process as well. Not an easy task. How da hell did he manage to acomplish this in only 6 weeks ? I have similar problem but I kinda think that my situation is worst then his, and I would really like to fix that if possible.
