How many calories should I eat? It depends
Is this food bad? It depends
Do you think it’s my thyroid? No (ok, it might still depend)
What do you think of South Beach, Paleo, Atkins, HCG, Alli, Hollywood dumb ass diet of the week, etc? I hate it. (Kidding, it depends, but I probably do hate it)
If you ask someone one of the above questions, or something analogous, and they give you a few word response with no concern for you, your body, and your situation, it’s advice you probably shouldn’t be listening to.
