How to tone your arms

OH MY GOD HER ARMS ARE SO…not bulky. They’re actually that famous word, “toned.” 99% of women will probably never be as strong as Holly. Therefore, at least 99% of women do not have to worry about getting big and bulky.

Lift some heavy things, eat better, look great.
